If the mail you send lands in the recipient's spam folder, it is usually a technical reputation or authentication issue.
Technical improvements (we can handle these): SPF (which servers are allowed to send mail), DKIM (a signature proving the mail wasn't altered in transit), and DMARC (the policy combining SPF and DKIM). When these three DNS records are set up correctly, the chance of landing in spam drops significantly.
