Inbox Not Syncing (IMAP)

If mail appears on one device but not another, or folders don't match up, you have a sync problem. With IMAP, all mail is kept on the server.

  1. Use webmail as your reference: https://mail.gelecekint.com. If the mail is correct there, the problem is in your program.
  2. Confirm it's IMAP: The account type must be IMAP, not POP. POP can download and delete mail rather than syncing it.
  3. Server: Incoming mail.gelecekint.com port 143, outgoing port 587.
  4. Folder subscriptions: Mark "subscribe" for any folders that aren't showing.
  5. Re-sync: Remove the account and add it again.

Check your internet connection and make sure "work offline" mode is turned off. If webmail is correct but your program still won't sync, setting up the account from scratch is the cleanest fix. If it persists, write to destek@gelecekint.com with your program/device details.
