If you've forgotten your email password or want to change it, you can reset it using the methods below. After the change, update the new password on all your devices.

If you know your password (webmail):

1. Sign in at https://mail.gelecekint.com.
2. Go to Settings > Password.
3. Enter your current and new password, then save.

If you have cPanel access: under Email > Email Accounts, open the Manage section for the relevant account and enter a new password.

If you've completely forgotten the password: write to destek@gelecekint.com from an alternate address, stating your account name; we will reset it after verifying your identity. A strong password: at least 10-12 characters, mixing letters, numbers and symbols, with no easily guessed information. When you change the password, update it in the programs on your phone and computer too; otherwise an app still trying to connect with the old password can temporarily lock the account.
