Creating an Email Signature

A professional email signature adds your name, title, phone number and website to the bottom of every message, leaving a polished, corporate impression.

Through webmail:

  1. Sign in at https://mail.gelecekint.com and go to Settings > Identities.
  2. Click on your email address.
  3. Enter your details in the Signature field; with the HTML option you can add bold text and a logo.
  4. Click Save.

For Thunderbird/Outlook, enter your signature in the signature field of your account settings and choose to have it added automatically to new messages and replies. Recommendations:

  • Full name and title
  • Company name and website
  • Phone number
  • Keep it short and clean; large images increase the chance of being flagged as spam. A logo width of 200-300 pixels is plenty.
