My Emails Have Disappeared / Aren't Showing

If mail you saw before isn't showing, don't panic; most of the time it hasn't been deleted, it's just in a different place or hidden by a setting.

  1. Check via webmail: https://mail.gelecekint.com. With IMAP, all your mail lives here.
  2. Other folders: It may have been moved to Archive, Spam, Trash, or another folder by a filter.
  3. Filters: Under Settings > Filters, check whether a rule is automatically moving or deleting mail.
  4. Search: Search for the sender's name or a word from the subject.
  5. Reset the view: Change the "show unread" filter to "all".

If you use POP, the mail may have been downloaded to another device and deleted from the server; for multi-device use, IMAP is recommended. If important mail is truly lost, write to destek@gelecekint.com with the date range and sender details; we'll look into recovery options from backups.
