My Mailbox Is Full / Quota Exceeded

When your mailbox reaches its storage limit, new mail stops arriving and senders receive a "mailbox full" error. Free up space with the steps below.

  1. Sign in at https://mail.gelecekint.com.
  2. Sort your inbox by size and find messages with large attachments.
  3. Download any important attachments, then delete the large messages.
  4. Check the Sent folder; it often takes up the most space.
  5. Empty the Trash and Spam folders; this is where space is actually freed up.

Long-term fix: archive large attachments regularly and clean out your sent folder. If the warning continues even after you have emptied the mailbox, a quota increase may be needed. To upgrade your storage, write to destek@gelecekint.com; as long as the mailbox stays full, incoming mail may bounce back, so free up space quickly.
