When your internet goes down, the problem is usually solved with a few simple checks. Follow the steps in order.

2. Restart: Turn off the modem and unplug it, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and wait 2-3 minutes. Restart your device as well.
3. Test the connection type: Try a wired (Ethernet) connection instead of Wi-Fi. Try your phone's mobile data to determine whether the problem is the line or the device.
4. Device checks: Make sure airplane mode is off and Wi-Fi is on; connect to the correct network with the correct password; try a different website.
If there's a regional outage/maintenance, you'll need to wait a short while. If you still have no connection despite all these steps, note the status of the modem lights and email destek@gelecekint.com or give us a call.
