Creating Email Accounts in Bulk (cPanel)

You can quickly create multiple email accounts for different departments (info@, sales@, accounting@) through cPanel.

Single account:

1. In cPanel, go to Email > Email Accounts.
2. Click Create and choose the username and domain.
3. Set a strong password, adjust the quota, and click Create.

Bulk (multiple):

1. Click the Import option.
2. Prepare a .csv file with the email, password and quota on each row.
3. Upload the CSV and confirm the column mapping.
4. Click Import; all accounts are created at once.

Give your users the webmail address (https://mail.gelecekint.com), IMAP 143, SMTP 587, and the note that the username is the full email address. If you do not have cPanel access, send the list to destek@gelecekint.com and we will set up the accounts for you.
