Setting Up an Auto-Reply (Vacation Message)

While you are away, you can have an automatic notice sent to anyone who emails you. It is easy to set up through webmail.

  1. Sign in at https://mail.gelecekint.com.
  2. Go to Settings > Auto Responders.
  3. Click Add New Auto Responder.
  4. Enter a sender name and subject (e.g. "Out of Office").
  5. In the message body, include your return date and an alternative contact for urgent matters.
  6. Set the Start and End dates; entering an end date makes the reply turn off automatically when your vacation ends.
  7. Click Save.

Example: "Hello, I am out of the office between July 10 and July 20. For urgent matters, please contact destek@yourcompany.com. I will get back to you as soon as possible." The system replies to the same sender only once a day, so no loop is created. Turn the reply off when you return. For help, feel free to write to destek@gelecekint.com.
