How to Grant Account Access/Permissions

For us to manage your social media accounts, you need to grant access permissions. The safe way is to assign permissions without sharing your password; this way ownership stays with you.

• Facebook and Instagram: Through Meta Business Suite, you can assign roles (content, ads, analytics) without sharing your password.
• Instagram: Having a business/creator account makes permission management easier.
• LinkedIn: You can assign an admin role on your company page.
• YouTube: You can add a channel manager through a Brand Account.

The advantage of assigning roles is that you can revoke access in a single step when it is no longer needed. Sharing passwords carries a security risk, so we do not recommend it.
