Creating a New Email Account in cPanel

Creating a professional email address on your domain (e.g. info@yourdomain.com) is important for corporate communication. It takes just a few minutes in cPanel.

1. In cPanel, open Email > Email Accounts.
2. Click Create.
3. Enter the username and select the correct domain.
4. Set a strong password of at least 12 characters.
5. Set the quota (e.g. 2 GB).
6. Click Create.

Access: Webmail at yourdomain.com/webmail; for Outlook/Thunderbird, view the settings under the account's Connect Devices section; use IMAP on your phone. To reduce delivery problems, make sure SPF and DKIM records are configured. If your emails aren't reaching recipients or are landing in spam, email destek@gelecekint.com about your DNS records.
