A shared mailbox lets several employees use the same email address together (for example info@yourcompany.com or destek@yourcompany.com). Everyone on the team sees all incoming mail, replies go out from the shared address, and no request gets lost in someone's personal inbox. On the Gelecek İnternet infrastructure you can set up a shared mailbox in two different ways.
Method 1 - Real mailbox + IMAP sharing (recommended):
Method 2 - Distribution via forwarding: If you want every mail that arrives at the mailbox to be copied to several personal addresses, you can forward the info@ address to your team members' addresses from the cPanel Forwarders section. With this method everyone sees the mail in their own inbox, but for replies to go out from the shared address they need to set the "from" field to info@ when composing.
Rules for shared use:
For shared access over webmail the team can log in at https://mail.gelecekint.com with the same details; but to avoid conflicts when several people work on the same mail at once, apply the folder method described above.
If you write to destek@gelecekint.com telling us how many people the shared mailbox is for and which address (info@, satis@, destek@, etc.) you will use, we will set up the most suitable structure for you and configure it for your users.
