Setting Up an Email Account in Outlook (IMAP)

Follow the steps below to add your corporate email account to Microsoft Outlook.

Steps

  1. Open Outlook → File → Add Account.
  2. Enter your email address, check Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually, then click Connect.
  3. Select IMAP as the account type.
  4. Enter the following settings:
Incoming (IMAP)mail.gelecekint.com · Port 143 · Encryption None
Outgoing (SMTP)mail.gelecekint.com · Port 587 · Encryption None
UsernameYour full email address (e.g. name@yourcompany.com)
PasswordYour email password

Note: For the outgoing server (SMTP), check the "My outgoing server requires authentication" option and use the same credentials as the incoming server.

After entering the settings, click Connect. Your account will be added within a few seconds.
