When everyone in your company uses a different signature format, it weakens the corporate impression. Setting a common signature standard makes your brand look consistent, conveys contact details completely, and adds professionalism. This article helps you create a signature template that all employees will apply.

Rules to decide on when setting the standard:
Applying the signature: Once the template is set, each employee defines it in their own program. For webmail, at https://mail.gelecekint.com they paste it into the Signature field under Settings > Identities; for Thunderbird/Outlook, into the signature field in the account settings, and choose to have it added automatically to new mail and replies.
Recommendations: Simple, mostly text-based signatures display properly on every device and are the safest choice. Avoid animated images, many icons, and background pictures; in some programs these appear as attachments. Distributing the signature template to the whole team in a single document makes it easy for everyone to set up the same structure.
